A rocky summit at 742 m that rises just above the Sinharaja canopy, reached on a full-day trail of about 14 km from Kudawa. The top gives a wide view over unbroken forest towards misty ridges, one of the few places in the reserve where you can see the canopy from above.

Tips

The only stream is about halfway up, so carry at least a litre of water each. The descent is steep and hard on the knees; a walking stick helps.
