These Terms of Service govern your use of the VisitLanka platform operated by Experience Sri Lanka. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. The service VisitLanka is a discovery and enquiry platform. We help travellers find listings, destinations, and things to do across Sri Lanka and send enquiries to independent local partners. We are not a party to any booking, contract, or payment made between a traveller and a partner, and we do not act as a travel agent or tour operator. Your account You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and you must be able to form a binding contract to register. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse. Acceptable use Do not misuse the platform. This means no unlawful content, no harassment, no scraping or automated bulk access without our permission, no attempts to break authentication or reach data that is not yours, and no misrepresenting your identity or a business you do not represent. Partner listings and content Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, and the services they deliver. Reviews and ratings reflect the views of individual users. We moderate content on a reasonable-efforts basis but do not guarantee that all content is accurate or complete. Enquiries and trips Submitting an enquiry or a trip request does not create a reservation. Any agreement, cancellation policy, and payment terms are strictly between you and the partner. Intellectual property The platform, its design, and its original content are owned by Experience Sri Lanka or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal use of the service. Disclaimers and liability The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experience Sri Lanka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any partner. Changes and termination We may modify the service or these terms. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
