The main northern entrance to Sinharaja, reached through Kalawana and Weddagala on the Ratnapura side. Guides are assigned at the centre, and the best-known trails start here: the 2.5 km Wathurawa trail, the 8 km Moulawella Peak trail, a trail to a giant nawada tree and the full-day Sinhagala trek. There are toilets and a place to change after the walk.
